  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at a certified carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
