What is your return policy for hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused hardware. Due to the nature of security tools, items that have been opened or modified cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Yes, we provide extensive documentation and community support through our forums and Discord. For order-specific issues or hardware defects, our dedicated support team is available via email.
